Radhika Wijetunge is a Project Manager with the Stormwater Management Division of Howard County’s Department of Public Works’ Bureau of Environmental Services. She manages capital projects to retrofit stormwater management ponds and restore streams. She also works on the MS4 NPDES geodatabase for Howard County, handles residential drainage concerns, and manages rain barrel giveaways. Prior to joining Howard County, she worked as a consultant focusing on both stormwater and utility (sewer/water) asset management. A long-time resident of Howard County, she has been involved with Scouts BSA, and Stream Waders.
